  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management and ability to develop and manage complex schedules.
  • Strong understanding of business and financial concepts for program decision-making.
  • Active US Government Secret clearance with a recent background investigation or Continuous Evaluation enrollment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance and Special Access Program (SAP).
