Manager, Product Manager - Enterprise Payments - Core Platform joins the Enterprise Payments team to define the roadmap for the bank’s digital payments strategy. This role involves collaborating with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to develop, launch, and enhance the technical backbone of the payments ecosystem. You will build and manage the platform that orchestrates and settles every payment rail, including ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and Check. Key responsibilities include defining capabilities, contracts, and standards for SDKs, orchestration layers, and observability infrastructure. You must demonstrate proficiency in platform product thinking, API contracts, and integration patterns. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must possess deep fluency in platform product thinking, including developer experience, API contracts, and integration patterns.
Must be able to debate architectural tradeoffs with engineers and translate platform investment into business value for stakeholders.
Must be able to define capabilities, contracts, and standards for payment rails and orchestration layers.
Must be able to shape product strategy and develop, launch, and enhance payments experiences for various customer personas.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
