Manager, Product Manager, Audit Insights & Innovation, AI and Data Engineering joins the Audit Insights and Innovation team to modernize internal audit workflows through advanced technology. This role involves bridging the gap between generative AI capabilities, enterprise-scale design, and specialized domain expertise within a regulated landscape. You will own the vision and roadmap for the Audit Compass application, focusing on building foundational AI-assisted auditing experiences and complex data pipelines to provide real-time risk insights for internal auditors. Working in an agile environment alongside full-stack engineers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists, you will translate business epics into user stories and manage feature development roadmaps. The role requires expertise in managing large-scale data systems and implementing AI capabilities to solve complex risk management problems while ensuring all products meet rigorous compliance standards and deliver high-impact solutions for the audit lifecycle.
Own the vision and roadmap for the Audit Compass application to provide real-time insights for internal auditors.

Build foundational AI capabilities and complex data pipelines for audit engineering.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Experience understanding and building complex data pipelines is required.
Experience building foundational AI capabilities for audit engineering is required.
Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data scientists.
Ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs.
