What you'll do

  • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers by providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the IoT access space and physical-digital experiences.
  • Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirement documents, test cases, and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on priorities, requirements, and project scope.
  • Oversee the on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of work across all assigned product areas.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical systems, including business rules and technical constraints.
  • Identify and resolve organizational blockers or issues that could impact strategic launch dates or budgets.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve team efficiency and innovate with new technologies in the product management workflow.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring, coaching, and developing product management talent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at leadership levels.
  • Experience identifying, defining, and addressing technical, user, and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across large matrix organizations while navigating through ambiguity.
  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, UX/UI, customer support, sales, marketing, or finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product experience, including experience managing or directly leading product managers (preferred).
