Manager, Product Management, Rules Lab joins the Decisioning Platform team to shape the future of decisioning at Capital One. In this role, you will bridge stakeholder strategy and engineering execution by translating complex organizational needs into a high-impact roadmap for a dedicated engineering squad. You will work to build a unified platform for all decisioning capabilities across the company, enabling teams to author, host, manage, execute, and audit their decisioning logic through a modern, seamless workflow. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. You will be responsible for identifying value creation opportunities and delivering innovative, resilient products. This role focuses on the technical challenge of creating a centralized infrastructure to manage complex decisioning logic across various internal business units.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
