What you'll do

Drive the execution for transforming how the company acquires, enriches, and acts on business sales lead data.
Partner with Engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline.
Transition the go-to-market data engine into a continuously refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queue.
Deliver high-intent, verified prospect context to Relationship Managers and downstream digital channels.
Partner with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to align on data strategy.
Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate a proactive interest and aptitude for AI, including personal projects or experience with AI-driven development environments.
Must be able to partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build and scale AI-powered data pipelines.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus (preferred).
