What you'll do

  • Drive the execution of transforming how business sales lead data is acquired, enriched, and acted upon.
  • Partner with Engineering to build and scale a unified, AI-powered Lead Intelligence data pipeline.
  • Transition go-to-market data engines into continuously refreshed, hyper-targeted lead queues.
  • Deliver high-intent, verified prospect context to Relationship Managers and downstream digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Field Analytics, Field Sales, and Marketing to align product goals.
  • Leverage AI technologies to solve complex problems and deliver innovative, resilient solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues while mitigating potential product risks.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI, including personal projects or use of AI-driven development environments.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
  • Ability to build automations using AI agents is preferred.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
