The Manager Product Management; Innovation joins the Step Up & Verification team to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Authenticator/Tool Innovation. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional fraud, tech, design, and risk teams to deliver high-impact launches and execute processes to graduate new proofs of concept into scaled production solutions. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for authenticator and tool innovation.
Must be able to establish an innovation pipeline to validate cutting-edge capabilities like biometric re-verification.
Must partner with cross-functional fraud, tech, design, and risk teams to deliver high-impact launches.
Must define and execute processes to graduate new proofs of concept to scaled production solutions.
