Manager, Product Management; Identity Journey Intelligence Lead joins the Identity Journey Intelligence team to build data assets, features, and products that track customers across their full journey. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to lead strategy and execution for journey intelligence data features and customer authentication data products.
Must partner with business analysts, data analysts, and engineering teams to prioritize and scale the feature catalog.
Must drive adoption of identity data features and data products across various lines of business.
Must identify and assess new use cases where journey-level data can reduce fraud and customer friction.
Must provide thought leadership on emerging approaches to identity data and journey-level decisioning.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
