What you'll do

Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for the platform's core services and internal APIs.
Build and own the product roadmap for the platform domain to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Drive platform adoption by focusing on developer experience, documentation, and the onboarding journey for internal partners.
Establish key performance indicators for platform health, operational excellence, and value delivery.
Manage the governance model to oversee changes, maintain a service catalog, and sunset older components.
Translate business requirements from various lines of business into functional credit bureau reporting processes.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience through AI integration, data analytics, and portal enhancements.
Coordinate with engineering, legal, risk, and compliance teams to deliver new features and mitigate product risks.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must be able to define technical vision and long-term strategy for platform core services, reusable components, and internal APIs.
Must be able to build and own the product roadmap for a platform domain.
Must be able to drive platform adoption by focusing on developer experience, documentation, and onboarding.
Must be able to establish KPIs for platform health, operational excellence, and value delivery.
Must be able to manage platform governance, service catalogs, and component sunsetting.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
