What you'll do

  • Drive internal partner adoption by focusing on developer experience, documentation, and onboarding journeys.
  • Establish key performance indicators to monitor platform health, operational excellence, and value delivery.
  • Manage the governance model to oversee changes, maintain service catalogs, and sunset outdated components.
  • Translate business requirements from various lines of business into technical features for credit reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user experience through AI integration and data analytics.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
  • Ability to define technical vision and long-term strategy for platform core services, reusable components, and internal APIs.
  • Ability to manage product roadmaps while ensuring architecture meets scalability, reliability, and security standards.
  • Proficiency in human-centered design to identify and innovate solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment to solve complex problems.
  • Capability to establish KPIs for platform health, operational excellence, and value delivery.
