The Manager, Product Management- Bedrock Payments Team joins the Bedrock Payments team to drive operational excellence for the enterprise platform used for consumer loan payment processing. In this role, you will work closely with product and engineering leadership and stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans to drive the roadmap and prioritization. Your daily responsibilities include evolving platform observability, modernizing well managed controls infrastructure, automating reliability engineering with AI, and improving quality engineering to ensure a resilient platform. You must demonstrate proficiency in human centered design, business focus, technology driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The role requires a blend of technical curiosity and product rigor to solve complex problems and deliver innovative, sustainable customer experiences within a high-volume payment processing environment.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design and obsession with internal and external customer needs.
Must be able to deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.
