What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience or master’s degree with 6 years of experience
  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams
  • At least one year of experience managing subcontractors or multiple contractors
  • Three years of formal lead/management experience in program management roles
  • Strong program management skills including proposal creation, budget tracking, and risk management
  • Proven ability to deliver effective communication across all organizational levels
