Manager of Data & Analytics

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end BI function by assessing tooling, identifying gaps, and setting the long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Audit existing dashboards and data sources to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
• Establish standards, documentation, and governance for building and maintaining BI tools and data models.
• Design and build repeatable, self-service BI tools and dashboards for the organization.
• Build, optimize, and document LookML data models to support consistent business analysis.
• Translate business questions into clear analysis and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain models to forecast business outcomes, customer behavior, and key metrics.
• Manage an intake process for recurring and ad-hoc business requests, prioritizing them by impact.

What we're looking for

• 5–7 years of analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering experience.
• Experience leading or contributing to a BI infrastructure assessment or rebuild.
• Ability to translate complex data and technical trade-offs into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Looker/LookML or similar BI tools like Sigma or Tableau.
• Proficiency in data warehouses such as BigQuery or Redshift.
• Python (pandas, matplotlib, etc.) (preferred).
• Predictive modeling and statistical analysis (preferred).
