What you'll do

- Translate research prototypes into production-quality, benchmarked scientific computing software.
- Maintain relationships with molecular dynamics modeling community to ensure alignment on needs.
- Drive engineering standards including code quality, continuous integration, validation, and documentation.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years managing an engineering team.
- Strong technical background in GPU computing and high-performance scientific software development.
- Experience shipping production-level GPU libraries or developer-facing APIs for external use.
- Knowledge of molecular dynamics simulation concepts to engage effectively with the community.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and communicate progress to leadership.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computational Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field required.
