Join our dynamic team as a Senior Flight Test Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in the developmental testing of weapon and missile systems. You will collaborate closely with program leadership and various departments to plan, coordinate, execute, and report on all aspects of test programs, focusing on resource planning, ground and flight tests, initial issue investigation, and process improvement. Your responsibilities include leading small UAS, missile, or weapon system development, certification, and integration tests, conducting safety and risk analysis for testing events, and performing ground and flight testing at private and government-owned ranges. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in lead test conductor roles with knowledge of MIL-STD standards, familiarity with suspension, arming, and release equipment, and expertise in the National Airspace System and UAS regulations. Proficiency in Linux-based systems and autopilot software is preferred, along with a Top Secret security clearance.
