What we're looking for
- Must have 7+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
- Must have 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or technical lead.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field is required, or equivalent experience.
- Must demonstrate proven technical leadership across both ML and software systems to set multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Must possess excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure teams.
- Experience in ads conversion attribution, identity matching, ranking, or measurement is preferred.
