What you'll do

  • Build and maintain scalable component libraries across design files and code repositories.
  • Establish system logic to guide AI-generated patterns and prevent fragmented user experiences.
  • Navigate complex tech ecosystems to map data schemas into structurally sound user flows.
  • Lead cross-functional pods as a technical peer to engineers, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Perform heuristic evaluations of live experiences and establish UX metrics for system health.
  • Design playbooks and constraint models that dictate automated tooling without losing brand integrity.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience in Product Design, Systems Design, or Design Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience building and scaling multi-level design systems.
  • Deep code literacy with the ability to navigate front-end code repositories (React, HTML/CSS).
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools for front-end implementation and prototyping.
  • Ability to establish system logic and UX frameworks for AI-generated patterns.
  • Leadership in cross-functional teams and technical mentorship for designers.
  • Demonstrated complex systems problem-solving and documentation skills.
