Manager, Engineering Project Management, SD&T Feature EPM

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers focused on feature delivery.
• Drive strategic planning and process improvements for scoping, tracking, and delivering the SD&T roadmap.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to define program scopes, timelines, and success criteria.
• Manage operational excellence through proactive risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
• Coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Foster innovation in tooling and planning approaches to improve how work is tracked and delivered.
• Represent the Feature EPM team in leadership reviews and roadmap planning discussions.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS in EE, CS, CE, or an equivalent degree.
• 5+ years of management experience with demonstrated success leading project management teams.
• Strong background in software engineering project management with a track record of shipping complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and processes in fast-paced technology environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams supporting an infrastructure or tooling organization, specifically in services engineering, security, or infrastructure (preferred).
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies (preferred).
• Experience with process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives (preferred).
