What we're looking for

Strong background in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Solid understanding of data integrity, security analytics, and data protection concepts including encryption and certificate lifecycle management.
Experience building or operating analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting capabilities, or metrics to support security operations and risk-based decision-making.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership and operational delivery.
Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (preferred); experience with AI-enabled tools (preferred).
