Manager, Engineering, Data Integrity & Security Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security engineers to foster professional growth and success.
• Own the delivery, operational maturity, and continuous improvement of Data Integrity and Security Analytics capabilities.
• Oversee services for security analytics, data integrity, encryption, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Define and improve metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into control health and security risk.
• Drive automation and engineering best practices to improve scalability, reliability, and policy enforcement.
• Identify and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance analytics, reporting, and team productivity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and analytics into enterprise platforms.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements through strong service ownership and measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong background in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of data integrity, security analytics, and data protection concepts including encryption and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience building or operating analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting capabilities for security operations and risk-based decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple engineering and security teams.
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent (preferred).
