What you'll do

Define KPIs and build dashboards with product and engineering teams to track business goals.
Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to drive decision-making on customer behaviors and technical questions.
Develop tracking plans and dashboards for new product launches and A/B test monitoring.
Design clean A/B tests that can run in parallel to evaluate product initiatives.
Troubleshoot issues in data tracking and identify trends concerning data quality.
Work with engineering to develop a more approachable and accessible data model.
Mine large, complex databases containing millions to billions of records to extract crucial information.
Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and at least 6 years of data analytics experience.
Must have a Master’s degree and at least 4 years of data analytics experience.
Must have at least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
Must have at least 4 years of experience performing programming.
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics discipline (preferred).
At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience (preferred).
At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in people management, project management, Tableau, or AWS (preferred).
