What you'll do

• Develop and maintain RMF Bodies of Evidence (BOE) for cybersecurity risk management.
• Ensure all aspects of ATO management and operations are executed effectively.
• Identify and allocate cyber resources to meet customer requirements and compliance.
• Support the formal Security Assessment process and subsequent government audits.
• Foster an environment that promotes individual development and teamwork.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in DoD Special Access Programs (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.
• BS Degree or equivalent work experience; must meet DoD 8140 IAM Level III certification eligibility.
• Current DOD Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation within the last 6 years, or enrolled in CEP.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs required for continued employment.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity governance and compliance in defense R&D laboratory environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions to technological compliance challenges.
