What we're looking for
- At least 12 years of diversified IT experience, including 5 in cybersecurity
- Minimum 5 years managing first-level leaders and high-level professional staff
- Requires 2+ years leading cyber incident response efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
- CISSP or CISM certification preferred
- Expertise in integrating advanced security technologies like SIEM, SOAR, EASM
- Proven ability to drive compliance, governance, and reporting frameworks
