You will collaborate with engineers and architects to build API integrations and backend services while utilizing skills in Python, Java, AWS, or GCP to ensure data accessibility for critical customer engagement initiatives.

What you'll do

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for backend services and event-driven streaming solutions.
Act as the primary technical liaison between marketing units and engineering teams to align business strategy with implementation.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and interface specifications.
Lead technical project lifecycles within an Agile environment, including sprint planning and timeline management.
Design and optimize high-volume, low-latency data pipelines in collaboration with engineers and architects.
Serve as a subject matter expert on customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing technology tools.
Ensure data accessibility, security, and usability for business users within the mCDP integration services.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Technical Product Management.
Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystems.
Familiarity with modern backend services, microservices architectures, APIs, and cloud-native data pipelines (AWS, GCP).
Understanding of event-driven architectures and streaming data concepts (e.g., Kafka) is highly preferred.
Strong data analysis skills and understanding of customer data's role in marketing activation.
Proficiency in technical documentation, specification writing, and Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
Exposure to programming languages like Python or Java for data analysis and troubleshooting (preferred).
