What you'll do

Manage a feature team responsible for delivering cloud applications, ensuring sprint execution, release readiness, and service health.
Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance on software architecture, design specifications, and coding standards.
Oversee the debugging and troubleshooting of application issues, including API functionality and service-to-service interactions.
Ensure the team implements robust testing, quality assurance processes, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.
Manage the implementation of security criteria, development best practices, and mandatory system patching for critical vulnerabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to translate customer use cases into technical requirements and prioritized support solutions.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Experience in managing a feature team delivering cloud applications or modules is required.
Expertise in software architecture decisions and best practices is required.
Ability to lead code reviews and provide technical guidance on API functionality and integration is required.
Ability to implement secure software development practices and ensure adherence to coding standards is required.
