What you'll do

Manage end-to-end intercompany and intracompany accounting including transaction processing, balance reconciliation, and elimination entries.
Establish and maintain the methodology for corporate cost passdowns and shared-service allocations compliant with government contracting requirements.
Maintain the legal entity structure within the ERP system, including charts of accounts and intercompany agreements.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for all intercompany and intracompany accounts.
Prepare and review consolidation schedules, disclosure notes, and required financial reporting documentation.
Manage and develop a team of accountants by setting priorities and reviewing their work.
Implement new systems and improve processes to support company growth and SOX readiness.
Serve as the primary owner for external audit requests regarding intercompany accounts and technical accounting memos.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
6+ years of progressive accounting experience including direct people management.
Experience managing multi-entity intercompany accounting and consolidation processes.
Working knowledge of US GAAP, Excel, ERP systems, and consolidation standards like ASC 810.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export controlled information requirements.
CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA (preferred).
Prior experience in tech or advanced manufacturing (preferred).
Familiarity with CAS, FAR, or DFARS cost accounting requirements (preferred).
