Manager 3, Sales Tech (Lead to Cash)

What you'll do

• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers focused on technical excellence and ownership.
• Partner with Principal and Distinguished Engineers to set technical direction for customer data, forecasting, and order automation.
• Own the AI Agent roadmap to automate BDR and AM workflows using first- and third-party models.
• Translate product roadmap priorities into a cohesive engineering plan across the Know, Win, and Close customer pillars.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including roadmap planning, sprint execution, and resolution of cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure the reliability, correctness, and auditability of revenue-critical systems across all sales channels and products.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and project status clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage team health through staffing plans, performance management, and career development.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience building web, software, or data-intensive applications.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing software engineering teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one object-oriented language such as Java/J2EE or C#.
• Sound judgment on distributed systems design.
• Experience partnering with Principal- or Distinguished-level engineers to set technical direction and architecture.
• Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering talent.
• Experience shipping AI/ML capabilities to production, including LLM-based features (preferred).
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, CRM platforms like Salesforce, or revenue/sales systems (preferred).
• Experience in the lead-to-cash domain (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
