Management Systems Coordinator, IT

What you'll do

• Maintain and optimize shipboard submarine IT systems and test support equipment.
• Ensure applications, networks, and hardware remain reliable, secure, and continuously available.
• Develop and maintain system security plans and POA&Ms.
• Create and manage all required risk management artifacts in support of the RMF process.
• Manage Active Directory, various networking topologies, and group policy.
• Execute the full RMF lifecycle in compliance with NIST800-37, NIST800-171, and NIST800-53.
• Manipulate settings within Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and real-time operating systems.

What we're looking for

• An Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT is required.
• Experience with NIST800-171 and NIST800-53 is required.
• Demonstrated experience with the full RMF lifecycle (NIST800-37) is required.
• Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET Security clearance is required.
• Proficiency in manipulating settings within Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and real-time operating systems is preferred.
• Ability to work with active directory, various networking topologies, and group policy is required.
• Expert critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
