As a Managed Services - Data Engineer - Senior Associate within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will design and develop data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic to convert raw data into usable insights. You will build data infrastructure components across cloud-based platforms, data lakes, and warehouses while troubleshooting warehouse issues and validating data quality. Your daily work involves using AWS, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and MySQL to support ingestion, orchestration, storage, and query performance. You will translate business needs into engineering solutions that support reporting and decision-making, interpreting technical findings to inform client recommendations. Additionally, you will manage assigned workstreams, review deliverables from junior team members, and provide technical guidance to ensure project goals are met across various managed services engagements.

What you'll do

Design and build data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic for managed services engagements.
Develop data infrastructure components across cloud-based platforms, data lakes, and warehouses.
Use AWS, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and MySQL to support data ingestion, orchestration, and storage.
Troubleshoot warehouse issues, validate data quality, and refine pipeline logic to improve reliability.
Translate business needs into data engineering solutions that support reporting and decision-making.
Interpret data patterns and technical findings to provide recommendations for clients and internal teams.
Review work from junior team members and provide guidance on technical tasks and deliverables.

What we're looking for

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience.
Preference for a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics (preferred).
Experience supporting client service engagements with data engineering (preferred).
Experience utilizing AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, or MySQL in data pipelines (preferred).
Ability to interpret data quality, validation, and transformation needs (preferred).
Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to ambiguity (preferred).
Ability to mentor junior team members and review work deliverables (preferred).
