What you'll do

Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models to power recommendations, advanced search, and new features.

What we're looking for

MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent industry experience.
A Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or a related language are required.
Proficiency with deep learning toolkits such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
At least 2 years of experience shipping machine learning models in products is preferred.
Experience with recommender systems and text-centric AI/ML like LLMs and document classification is preferred.
Experience delivering high-quality software at scale is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multi-functional, interdisciplinary teams is required.
