What you'll do

Build and manage end-to-end machine learning training and evaluation pipelines.
Develop production-quality software to integrate ML models into Apple's infrastructure.
Perform dataset curation and model training for foundation models and perception tasks.

What we're looking for

A PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
A BS or MS with 3 to 5 years of ML engineering experience is also acceptable.
Strong foundation in machine learning, specifically LLM and multimodal foundation models.
Experience building model training and evaluation pipelines in Python/PyTorch.
Experience with sensors and sensing systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, C++, or Go (preferred).
Experience in on-device ML model deployment and optimization (preferred).
