Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Masters Intern

What you'll do

• Design and implement innovative solutions for meaningful machine learning problems.
• Apply machine learning to solve ambitious technical problems.
• Advance state-of-the-art technology through research and publications.
• Develop new theories to impact the understanding of machine learning.
• Challenge existing metrics or protocols within the field.
• Prototype and evaluate interactive systems.
• Conduct and interpret experiments and investigations on human interaction with technologies.
• Present final research and project work to leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must be pursuing a graduate (MS) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must return to school after the internship or have the internship as the final requirement for graduation.
• Proficiency with an object-oriented programming language such as Python, Swift, Objective C, or Java (preferred).
• Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, CoreFlow, and Sklearn (preferred).
• Practical knowledge of building and adapting algorithms for machine learning, speech, multimodal sensing, and related areas (preferred).
• Familiarity with crafting, prototyping, and evaluating interactive systems (preferred).
• Excellent mathematical skills in linear algebra and statistics (preferred).
• Expertise in areas such as statistics, econometrics, operations research, or causal inference (preferred).
