What we're looking for

5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.
At least 2 years in a managerial role leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Demonstrated technical expertise and leadership in logistics and deployment management.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Secret security clearance required.
Experience with US Government or Military program offices preferred.
