The Logistics Program Manager role at our Costa Mesa, CA office is a senior position within a dynamic team focused on national security and cutting-edge technology. This individual will oversee all logistics operations from acquisition to post-deployment sustainment, managing critical Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) such as Logistics Support Plans (LSP), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and System Support Package Component Lists (SSPCL). Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics best practices into product development, supporting program milestones, and ensuring compliance with DoD regulations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in acquisition logistics and program management, along with expertise in CDRLs and DoD policies. Proficiency in LORA, SERD, and IUID Plans is essential, as well as a Secret security clearance and strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Manage logistics operations from acquisition to post-deployment sustainment.
Coordinate logistics considerations with product, engineering, and program teams.
Drive creation and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
Engage with engineering to establish design concepts for product development.
Provide logistics expertise at program milestones and proposal efforts.
Serve as primary contact for Logistics/Sustainment program issues resolution.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or a related technical field; 10+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience.
Expertise in DoD product support strategies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations.
Experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, spare analysis, business rules, TMCR, IETM, and CSDB.
Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interfacing with various stakeholders.
Customer-focused approach with ability to work independently and in a team environment, including extended hours and travel.
