What you'll do

  • Assist in broadcast transmission design for high-profile live events.

  • Troubleshoot real-time live video delivery issues under pressure.
  • Work with operations to collect requirements for new infrastructure buildouts.
  • Create, maintain, and execute playbooks, RCAs, and integration specifications.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of live broadcast engineering support and on-air production systems experience
  • Expertise in live encoding, video transport, and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of video production, remote production engineering, and broadcast transport technologies
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex partner and vendor integrations under real-time pressure
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation such as playbooks and RCAs
  • Experience with HLS encoding technologies and command line operations using scripting languages
  • After-hours and weekend support availability required
