What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • At least 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Foreign Exchange or related financial services areas.
  • Understanding of full front-to-back workflow for at least two asset classes (FX/FI/MM/Derivatives).
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to transform business requirements into precise specifications.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in creating high-quality documentation for Business and Functional Requirements.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and a positive 'Can Do' attitude.
