Ideal candidates have a degree in Instructional Design or related fields, 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, proficiency with Articulate 360, and expertise in adult learning theories and the ADDIE model. Additional preferred qualifications include familiarity with LMS and emerging learning technologies.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Instructional Design focusing on content development and execution.
Advanced proficiency with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
Experience using the ADDIE model and adult learning theories to create effective learning solutions.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous content development projects.
Ability to manage a library of learning assets, ensuring version control across global teams.
