Wells Fargo seeks a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in Wealth and Investment Management (WIM), focusing on delivering strategic technology solutions. The consultant will maintain end-to-end visibility of incidents, ensure seamless transitions from response to problem management, and leverage AI tools like Copilot to enhance operational efficiency. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data and Designing, ITIL Incident Management expertise, and proficiency with ITSM and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, Jira, Everbridge, Power BI/Tableau, and collaboration platforms. Experience in financial services and familiarity with enterprise incident communication frameworks are desired.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data and Designing or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Proven leadership in large-scale incident management involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident Management and Problem Management frameworks
Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly at executive level
Experience driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Hands-on use of AI tools for operational efficiency, including data handling controls
Proficiency with ITSM and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, Jira, Everbridge, Power BI/Tableau
