What you'll do

Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review and data sensitivity compliance.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to establish relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into tasks.
Experience working in AWS cloud technologies (preferred).
Experience with data governance frameworks, RESTful APIs, and web technologies (preferred).
