What you'll do

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations efficiently.
  • Develop operational insights and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain escalation governance standards and contribute to knowledge documentation.
  • Analyze MyTicket data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in technical organization processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in broadband network escalation pathways and service validation.
  • Strong analytical skills using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Knowledge of AT&T systems like FLAIR, SDP, UDAS for operational support.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop process improvement plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred.
