What you'll do

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience with observability platforms like BigPanda, Grafana Cloud, Prometheus, Splunk Observability, and AppDynamics
4+ years in IT Service Management including incident, problem, and change management
3+ years working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Kubernetes, especially OpenShift (OCP)
3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering supporting production-grade environments
3+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures, high-availability systems, and GCP or Azure platforms
