What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field required
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities for missile programs
DoD tactical system development program experience, including customer interface and TRL application
Final Secret Clearance required to start
Experience with MBSE tools and implementation desired
Excellent communication and leadership skills essential
Ability to conduct independent technical reviews and generate estimates
