Lead SRE

What you'll do

• Define and enforce quality gates across the entire SDLC to ensure security, reliability, and performance requirements are met.
• Establish and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets integrated into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead operational readiness reviews and perform root-cause analysis to remediate production risks.
• Maintain logging, alerting, and monitoring platforms while governing CI/CD pipeline controls for security and reliability.
• Manage critical incident response and lead post-incident reviews to drive resilience improvements.
• Oversee capacity planning and infrastructure automation using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform on public cloud platforms.
• Coach engineering teams to adopt DevOps and SRE principles to eliminate toil and improve system stability.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification with 5+ years supporting critical security-focused applications in large-scale environments and managing/mentoring teams.
• Experience implementing and managing SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and operational readiness reviews for distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and infrastructure automation tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, secure development, and DevOps/CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to lead incident response and perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills while remaining effective under pressure.
• Splunk Administrator certification (preferred).
