What you'll do

What we're looking for

Experience as a lead software engineer or technical leader with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala and experience with search products like OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, SOLR, Lucene.
Strong expertise in building headless frameworks to integrate with eCommerce applications and distributed systems.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and techniques for cloud deployment, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Practical experience applying machine learning to improve search relevance and familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
