As a Lead Software Engineer - Quant Developer within the Asset and Wealth Management team, you will serve as a core technical contributor in an agile environment. What you'll do

Design and develop cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Python and Java.
Build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using modern architectural patterns and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Develop and operationalize AI-enabled capabilities, including agentic workflows and orchestration, to improve productivity.
Write high-quality production code and perform code reviews to ensure security and testability.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Lead communities of practice to drive the adoption of leading-edge technologies and AI-assisted engineering.
Implement domain modeling techniques to structure software for clarity and long-term evolution.
Manage the full software development life cycle, including CI/CD, security, and application resiliency.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in back-end development with Python and Java to build microservices-based applications and APIs.
Strong experience building on AWS or comparable cloud platforms, including designing and operating distributed, cloud-native systems.
Hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
Advanced understanding of CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and secure development practices.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on responsible AI use.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (preferred).
