What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
Design and execute creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems beyond conventional approaches.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve the operational stability of software systems.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish consistent validation standards for secure coding, peer reviews, and automated testing across the team.
Implement automation and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
Deliver cloud-native solutions using practical engineering experience and tools like AWS and Terraform.

What we're looking for

5+ years of middleware software development experience.
Deliver system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for production services.
Develop software with advanced proficiency in at least one programming language.
Implement automation and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices across all phases of the SDLC.
Demonstrate experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on responsible AI use.
Apply in-depth knowledge of financial services and common enterprise IT systems.
Deliver solutions using practical cloud-native engineering experience and exposure to AWS with Terraform.
Server-side programming experience in Java, C, C#, or Python (preferred).
