The Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack/Back End(Intelligent Foundations and Experiences) joins the Intelligent Foundations & Experiences team to drive a real-time intelligent future. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full stack systems that meet regulatory needs. You will collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and mentor other engineering community members. The position requires proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with experience in Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools. You will solve complex business problems by marrying data with emerging technologies to create powerful experiences for millions of customers.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions to drive customer experiences.
Utilize programming languages including Java, Python, Go, and TypeScript.
Manage container orchestration services using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement and maintain solutions using AWS tools and services.
Mentor other members of the engineering community.
Leverage interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
2+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
