Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Risk Tech, Intelligent Foundations & Experiences) joins the Risk Tech team to transform risk management into a real-time, intelligent discipline. This role involves architecting systems that integrate the risk management stack with an enterprise GenAI layer and LLM-driven capabilities for frontline risk managers. You will lead a portfolio of diverse projects and a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full-stack systems that meet regulatory requirements. The work focuses on Risk Management Tech and AML and Compliance Tech to ensure products are delivered in compliance with global laws. Key technologies include JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go. You will also utilize Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS tools to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for the company’s risk management infrastructure.

What you'll do

Integrate the risk management stack with enterprise GenAI layers and LLM-driven capabilities.
Architect systems that provide real-time monitoring of risks and regulatory compliance tools.
Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects involving distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Manage and mentor a team of developers to build resilient, high-quality software solutions.
Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS services to improve customer financial experiences.
Implement technical requirements for BSA/AML regulations and global compliance standards.
Stay current on technology trends by participating in internal and external engineering communities.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred).
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
