What you'll do

  • Design and develop high-performance C++ applications for a large-scale ad serving platform.
  • Build backend systems capable of processing millions of concurrent requests with low latency.
  • Develop real-time systems to process ad requests and communicate with external bidding partners.
  • Design and implement resilient distributed services across multi-region cloud environments.
  • Optimize application performance for high Query Per Second (QPS) and high-concurrency workloads.
  • Create efficient database queries and data access layers using MySQL and Aerospike.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
  • Monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience using C++.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience building and supporting high-volume, high-concurrency distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience designing and operating low-latency, real-time applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL and distributed data stores like Aerospike, Kafka, or Snowflake.
