What you'll do

Design and deliver enterprise-scale security engineering solutions for internal products, platforms, and applications.
Develop high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that ensure system reliability and integrity at scale.
Utilize authorized AI tools to accelerate threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and the creation of security documentation.
Use specialized scanning tools to correlate incident data and identify hidden patterns within systems.
Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all engineering lifecycle constraints are met.
Implement agentic AI solutions by defining guardrails and establishing approval and audit logging controls.
Integrate AI-assisted practices into the SDLC to strengthen security testing, control validation, and traceability.
Lead training and educational activities to improve the team's overall security readiness.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Proficiency in C# on .NET 6 or later and SQL Server/T-SQL for enterprise application development.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, version control, and pipeline tools like Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, or Jenkins.
Strong working knowledge of information and network security, IT risk management, and architectural concepts.
Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery practices, and application resiliency principles.
Experience using specialized development and security tools such as Visual Studio and code quality analysis platforms.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and tools like GitHub Copilot for secure software delivery and risk validation.
Experience with agentic AI solutions, GenAI patterns, front-end technologies (Blazor/Razor), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud certifications (preferred).
