What you'll do

  • Develop high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and complex REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Manage the Salesforce CPQ ecosystem including products, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers while leading the code review process to ensure high quality.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle including GitHub PRs, merge conflicts, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Provide accurate story sizing and project estimates within a SCRUM framework while identifying potential risks.
  • Serve as the final line of defense for troubleshooting complex production issues using Developer Console and Debug Logs.
  • Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to improve team velocity and innovation.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience within a large-scale Enterprise environment.
  • Mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), platform event-driven architectures, and web services/integrations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Conga within the Quote-to-Cash domain.
  • Previous experience leading a team of developers through successful project delivery.
  • Advanced understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (preferred).
