Senior Manager, IT Product Management

What you'll do

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal business applications.
• Design criteria for prioritizing BT projects based on strategic alignment and ROI.
• Lead change management strategy for major system implementations and upgrades.
• Oversee QA and UAT processes to ensure systems meet business requirements before deployment.
• Govern end-to-end software asset lifecycle management program to prevent shadow IT.

What we're looking for

• Over 10 years of experience in IT/business systems product management or a related field.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end product strategy and delivery for internal enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS governance, software asset management, and IT financial management best practices.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and developing operational practices within technology organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels, including senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute comprehensive Enterprise AI strategies.
• Hands-on experience in product delivery, QA processes, and UAT coordination.
